Encruzado

Encruzado is the leading white grape of the Dão region in central Portugal, where granite soils and vineyards at altitude give fresh conditions. It is bottled on its own and in blends, often with Malvasia Fina, Bical or Cerceal, and is frequently fermented or aged in oak. This collection brings together white wines that include Encruzado; check each listing for the full grape list, region and vintage.
